City are on the verge of signing midfielder Lex Immers on loan from Feyenoord where he scored 25 goals in 125 appearances.
Wasn't he Superman's arch enemy?

Sorry, it's 35 not 25 goals in 125 appearances.
I've told you who he is already Tache. Gene Hackman played him in Superman - or was it Idris Elba. Now I'm getting really confused.

A goal every four games from a midfielder is a pretty tidy effort. Better than our strikers...

And you're having a bit of a mare here Cyncoed - according to walespnline, he has actually scored 47 goals in 186 appearances...

EDIT: that's total eresdivie goals. Everyone's having a mare!

As long as he's a mare, not a donkey, that will be an improvement on Slade's usual signings.

Hopefully he won't make a foal of himself.

Let's hope we don't have to resort to hoofball to accommodate him.

Not quite Cleve, Ely is an area in Cardiff (unless someone has cut it adrift since I was there last).

Ron Ely was actually from Hereford.............the one in Texas
